By car, coach and bike

The museum is seven miles south of Dumfries on the A710, on route 7 of the National Cycle Network.

By bus/train

Catch Stagecoach bus 372 from Whitesands, Dumfries: request stop at the museum. Visit www.travelinescotland.com for further details.  The nearest station is Dumfries then by taxi or bus.
