Help us test our new interactives!
Can you spare half an hour for the Royal Museum Project?
One of the many exciting new aspects of the
redeveloped National Museum of Scotland will be a range of new
interactive computer games and learning resources. These will be
available in various galleries to help visitors find out more about
the objects on display and understand their significance.
To make sure these interactives are easy and
fun to use, we test them as they’re being developed. Therefore,
throughout this summer, we’ll be inviting visitors to the National
Museum of Scotland to try out early prototypes of the
interactives.
So next time you’re visiting, keep an eye out
for our volunteers if you’re interested in taking part. This
Wednesday and Thursday (30 June and 1 July), we’ll be testing early
versions of an interactive that helps you compose your own music
using clips from our world music archive, and a game that allows
you to control the reintroduction of wolves to Scotland.
Your comments on our games and resources can
make all the difference!
