Hawthornden Court
Available for dinners and receptions, Hawthornden Court and the
adjoining Kingdom of the Scots Gallery at the National Museum of
Scotland offer exciting possibilities for entertaining in majestic
surroundings. Hawthornden Court can accommodate up to 300 guests
for a drinks reception or 120 guests for a small dinner, however
when used in conjunction with the Kingdom of the Scots gallery,
groups of up to 750 guests can be accommodated for drinks
receptions. The gallery covers the period when Scotland
evolved as a nation, becoming a recognised independent state and a
force in Europe and offers guests a wonderful opportunity to
explore Scotland's fascinating past with a glass of champagne in
hand.
